17-446Last week we had a brilliant week in Oberwesel! On our first day as a group we went into the town to ‘discover Oberwesel’ and completed a series of mini-tasks in groups, and then in the evening we had our very own Game Show!

We played “Beat the Teams” like in the TV show, only that here we had several teams playing against each other.

On Tuesday half of us enjoyed an afternoon of pampering in our wellness workshop while the other half worked up a sweat either playing several ball games or in the table tennis tournament.

In the evening Oberwesel became home to a memorable Karaoke night. We spent a wonderful afternoon on Wednesday at the Hochwildschutzspark in Rheinböllen. It was a truly great experience and we all loved it! In the evening we relaxed and watched a nice film.

17-446On Thursday we had our very own medieval games. The children competitively tried to gain points in all the different tasks related to medieval myths, sports or traditions. A summer’s evening meant we could enjoy a lovely BBQ and bonfire outside – Stockbrot and campfire songs included!

Our final day on Friday meant preparation for the end of week party – this week was a talent show! We decorated the Saal beautifully and practiced hard all afternoon! At the party we presented all our certificates and gave out prizes to the winners of all our competitions throughout the week, we then enjoyed all the amazing shows, dancing crew included, and played some party music.
