Your tasks

Residential accommodationIP Centre Manager

  • overall running of the centre in England, Germany and France
  • assuring the fulfilment of an activity programme which corresponds to quality standards
  • team management with daily team meetings
  • delegating and supervision of team members
  • running the welcome meetings
  • customer relationship management
  • complaint management
  • representative tasks within the destination
  • organisational tasks
  • reporting to “Head Office”
  • cooperation with partners within the destination
  • assisting students when needed
  • additional tasks

Your profile

  • availability from 24/06/2012 until 02/09/2012
  • between 25 and 35 years old
  • very good English language skills
  • good language skills of the language spoken in the destination (French or German)
  • clear understanding of the concept of customer service in tourism
  • experience of leading an international team
  • team management capability
  • professional in attitude and appearance, open-minded, reliable, able to use initiative, sensitive but assertive
  • good organisational and time-management skills, ability to work independently and under pressure
  • first aid certificate
  • police clearance certificate (when the contract is concluded)

Conditions

  • 300,00 Euro weekly
  • residential full board accommodation

Pre-Conditions

  • a successful participation in our Management Team Training from 04th of May until 06th of May 2012
  • a successful participation in our obligatory international training in Germany from 17th of May until 20th of May 2012
  • on-the-job training within the destination
