Your tasks

  • IP SupervisorIP Supervisor Arts

    accompanying students on arrival and departure by coach or flight
  • supervision of students during their stay abroad
  • accompanying and supervision during excursions and activities
  • preparation and implementation of an activity programme with focus on arts & crafts, theatre, health and fitness
  • organisation and supervision of IP Events (e. g. theme nights, shows)
  • preparing welcome packs and welcome meetings
  • participation in all IP Events
  • supporting the team with all other relevant tasks

Your profile

  • availability from 20/06/2012 until 02/09/2012 or min. 2 weeks during this period
  • min. 21 years old
  • very good English language skills
  • good language skills of the language spoken in the destination (French or German)
  • experience in working with young people
  • creative skills in a wide range of art & craft activities
  • knowledge of arts and crafts, theatre, health and fitness
  • extrovert personality with the ability to lead and motivate the young people to participate fully in the activities
  • good oral communication skills
  • reliable and able to accept responsibility when required
  • flexible and open-minded attitude to work
  • a good team-player but also able to work independently
  • ability to stay calm under pressure
  • first-aid-certificate
  • police clearance certificate (when the contract is concluded)

Conditions

  • 160,00 Euro weekly
  • residential full board accommodation

Pre-Conditions

  • a successful participation in our obligatory international seminar in Germany from 17th of May until 20th of May 2012
