Job description - IP Supervisor Arts (SUA)

IP Supervisor Arts
accompanying students on arrival and departure by coach or flight
supervision of students during their stay abroad
accompanying and supervision during excursions and activities
preparation and implementation of an activity programme with focus on arts & crafts, theatre, health and fitness
organisation and supervision of IP Events (e. g. theme nights, shows)
preparing welcome packs and welcome meetings
participation in all IP Events
supporting the team with all other relevant tasks

availability from 20/06/2012 until 02/09/2012 or min. 2 weeks during this period
min. 21 years old
very good English language skills
good language skills of the language spoken in the destination (French or German)
experience in working with young people
creative skills in a wide range of art & craft activities
knowledge of arts and crafts, theatre, health and fitness
extrovert personality with the ability to lead and motivate the young people to participate fully in the activities
good oral communication skills
reliable and able to accept responsibility when required
flexible and open-minded attitude to work
a good team-player but also able to work independently
ability to stay calm under pressure
first-aid-certificate
police clearance certificate (when the contract is concluded)

a successful participation in our obligatory international seminar in Germany from 17th of May until 20th of May 2012
