The Whitsun language holidays of IP International Projects just entered the next phase: Week 2! Check out what experiences and impressions the second week brings for the IP students. In this blog post you’ll find current images and reports straight from Bournemouth so you can keep yourself updated and know exactly what happens during our Whitsun language holidays… 🙂
No school, no London but a great day nonetheless. We went to the town centre and the students got to enjoy some free time. For lunch, we sat in the park and ate some yummy pizzas.
The weekend was pretty sunny, so we enjoyed our time outside. The next week started and because the students spent two days relaxing, they were full of energy and ready for the classes. After the scholastic morning, those of the students who didn’t have the afternoon lessons decided to join either our Milkshake activity or the town walk. For our evening program, we took a trip to Vegas: we organized a casino night. The kids had the opportunity to choose between Black Jack, Beat the Dealer, American Roulette and Bingo.
On Tuesday it was finally time for another trip! This time the destination was Durdle Door, a natural limestone arch on the Jurassic Coast. Obviously we took a ton of pictures… check it out!
Another day is already gone and we’ve almost reached the end of this amazing adventure. With only 2 days left, we decided to organize a volleyball tournament at the beach which involved every student.
The last full day in Bournemouth! As it is tradition with IP, we had ‘IP´s got talent’, a talent show where all the students got on stage and blew us away.
It was a grand finale to two amazingly fun weeks!
