Lessons normally take place from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:30. The four morning lessons focus on the main areas of language learning: grammar and language work, reading and listening, and communication and speaking practice. Our aim is to provide students with the vocabulary and grammar required for effective communication and particular attention is paid to improving speaking and listening skills.
The following levels are offered: Beginner (A1), Elementary (A2), Intermediate (B1), Upper Intermediate (B2) for both languages. Levels A0 and C1 on request only.
After the lessons
- Activities with local British students on site
- Language spoken in centre: English
- Outdoor camp night once a week
- Sports and creativity workshops with British children
- Half and full day excursions included
Moyles Court offers a day programme for local English students, so we have the unique opportunity to offer a full immersion programme with local English children after lessons Monday to Friday, except on our half day trip days. Activities are carefully designed to encourage friendships and communication with native British speakers. The children will be put in groups with British children to play games, sports and take part in creative workshops. Slip and slides, treasure hunts, capture the flag and more… friends for life!
We will also run a joint evening programme on 2 or 3 nights per week, the highlight of which will be our camp sleepover in the woods. Small groups of students will set up their camp and get ready to sleep under the stars with their new English friends. There will also be an evening disco and a farewell party or something similar.

Our Supervision Concept
Your safety and welfare are very important to us, therefore our supervision concept for students in our Summer Language Holidays Programme is based on a compulsory activity programme during afternoons and evenings seven days a week. The cornerstone of this programme are the daily „Time to Talk“ meetings.
Our staff ratio on campus for the age group 13-15 years is 1:15, however supervision groups during activities on or off campus will have different ratios of up 25 students for 13-15 year olds depending on the situation.
Ringwood is also available for children aged 10 to 12. Click here for more details.
13 to 15 year olds
You participate in a compulsory programme consisting of a wide choice of afternoon activities and at least one planned evening activity. During town walks our staff will accompany you into town. You will then have the opportunity to explore the city centre with your friends in pairs or bigger groups for a period of up to two hours.
Time to Talk
You will be part of a TTT (Time to Talk) group of up to 25 students. In the lunchtime TTT you will tell your supervisor what you want to do in the afternoon and the supervisor will put you in the respective sign-up list which will be checked when the programme starts. The same happens at the dinner time TTT for the evening event.
