Supervisor/Supervisor Kids

Are you looking for a summer camp job? Do you have knowledge of foreign languages and an interest in working with young people within an international environment? As an IP Supervisor you are mainly responsible for the running of the activity program as well as for the arrival and departure process. You are responsible of the welfare of our students, no matter what time of the day. As part of a big team you provide creative evening parties as well as night- checks. Good language skills and delivering a high level of service are required. Don’t miss your chance for a challenging summer!

Your tasks

  • accompanying students on arrival and departure by coach or flight
  • supervision of students during their stay abroad
  • accompanying and supervision during excursions and activities
  • preparation and implementation of an activity programme
  • organisation and supervision of IP Events (e. g. theme nights, shows)
  • preparing welcome packs and welcome meetings
  • participation in all IP Events

Your profile

  • availability during low season at Easter and in autumn (min. 1 week, if possible even longer)
  • availability from 24/06/2019 until 01/09/2019 (min. 3 weeks, if possible even longer)
  • min. 21 years old
  • very good English language skills
  • good language skills of the language spoken in the destination (French, Spanish, English or German)
  • experience in working with young people
  • ideally experience in sports like cheerleading, surfing, canoeing and climbing or/and arts
  • ideally knowledge of music and dance
  • extrovert personality with the ability to lead and motivate the young people to participate fully in the activities
  • good oral communication skills
  • reliable and able to accept responsibility when required
  • flexible and open-minded attitude to work
  • a good team-player but also able to work independently

Conditions / Formal aspects

  • Pay: 180,00 Euro weekly
  • accommodation plus full-board
  • First Aid Certificate (8 hours, not older than 2 years)
  • Police clearance certificate (when the contract is concluded)
  • safeguarding training completed


  • a successful participation in our obligatory international training in Ratzeburg (Germany) from the 2nd May till the 5th May 2019
